How can I build and use the ASN.1 compiler output as a separate DLL?

The output generated by the ASN.1 compiler can be used not only for static linking with the application code but also it can be used as a separate DLL if you chose to do so. All you need to do is to build a DLL using the output .c and .h files following general rules for building DLLs in Windows. The only thing that is important is that you not forget to #define _OSSGETHEADER when C or C++-compiling the generated output. Then at run time you can load that DLL by calling ossWinit(), passing the name of the DLL as its third argument. As a result, the DLL will be loaded by ossWinit() and all the initialization similar to ossinit() will be done.
