How do I turn off constraint checking for all types in the PDU passed to the encoder or received from the decoder?

To turn off constraint checking for all types, call the ossSetFlags() function (see the OSS ASN.1/C API Runtime Reference Manual) with the NOCONSTRAIN flag before calling the encoder/decoder in your application code.

To turn off constraint checking only for the encoder call instead ossSetEncodingFlags() and to turn off constraint checking only for the decoder call ossSetDecodingFlags().
