ossAsnValToEncodedOid() (see section 4.5.2)
ossEncodedOidToAsnVal() (see section 4.5.23)
ossDotValToEncodedOid() (see section 4.5.12)
ossEncodedOidToDotVal() (see section 4.5.25)
