My application does not use floating point numbers and the configuration of the target platform does not allow floating point numbers. I understand that the OSS library supports floating point. How do I keep it from linking the C floating point library functions?

You do not need to do anything special to keep the C floating point library functions from being linked in. As long as the input to the ASN.1 compiler does not contain the REAL type, the OSS functions that reference the floating point library will not get linked.
