Yes, there is an example which illustrates how to manipulate values of NumericString, OCTET STRING, SET OF, SEQUENCE, VisibleString, INTEGER, SET, CHOICE, BOOLEAN, OBJECT IDENTIFIER, GeneralizedTime when constructing PDU objects for encoding/decoding. The output that this example generates is captured in tcsample.out.

To make it easier for you to run the example from the command line, two scripts are included, a Unix .sh and a Windows .bat.

To run it on a Unix platform, change directory to the tcsample directory and type:

./run.sh

To run it on Windows, change directory to the tcsample directory and type:

run

To do a cleanup on Unix, type:

./run.sh cleanup

To do a cleanup on Windows, type:

run cleanup
