Your name
Your company
Your email address
Your phone and fax numbers
OSS software product(s) being used, including version number
A valid OSS Nokalva Software License Agreement Number
Brief description of the problem
Actions you've taken, if any, to troubleshoot the problem
A zipfile that includes
- your ASN.1 files
- a sample of your data
- your generated .c and .h files (or .cpp or .java files)
- your ossinfo file
