        3GPP Release 15
        version 8.0.0
        
          - The OSS S1/X2 ASN.1 API for C has been upgraded to implement version 15.4.0 of 3GPP LTE 
            TS 36.413 (S1AP) and version 15.4.0 of 3GPP LTE TS 36.423 (X2AP). New types and API functions 
            have been introduced to handle the additional messages and IEs introduced in release 15 of 
            the protocols.

          - The OSS S1/X2 ASN.1 API for C has been upgraded to implement version 14.4.0 of 3GPP LTE TS 
          36.413 (S1AP) and version 14.5.0 of 3GPP LTE TS 36.423 (X2AP). New types and API functions have 
          been introduced to handle the additional messages and IEs introduced in release 14 of the

          - The OSS_EUTRAN_Context structure has been changed to support the OSS LPPa ASN.1 API. Now both 
          the OSS S1/X2 ASN.1 API and the OSS LPPa ASN.1 API can be used in the same application.
