Installing the OSS NAS Tools for C# for LTE/EPC

Applies to: NAS/C# LTE/EPC r17.9.0 v4.0.0

NOTE: For a 30-day trial version, set up the OSSINFOTRIAL environment variable. Its value must specify the absolute pathname of the directory that contains the ossinfonascsharptrial license file (provided separately).

To install the software:

  1. Unzip the nascsharp-r17.9.0_<platform>_<version>.zip file to a directory of your choice.
  2. Open the WELCOME.HTML file in the doc directory, where you will find a link to the NAS/C# API manual in the Product Documentation section, as well as other helpful links.
  3. Run the examples from the samples/ subdirectory of the OSS NAS Tools for C# for 3GPP Release 17.9.0 software installation. For more information, see the README.TXT file in each sample directory.
  4. To develop and run applications that use the NAS/C# API, add references to the ossnascs.dll and ossnas1790cs.dll class libraries to your Visual Studio project.
