Do you have a generic example which shows how to fill in values that are located in the ASN.1-compiler-generated .h file?

Yes, we have such an example. This sample test illustrates how to fill in values that are defined in the ASN.1-compiler-generated .h file for the following types: CHOICE, SET, SEQUENCE, SET OF, OCTET STRING, INTEGER, NumericString, VisibleString, OBJECT IDENTIFIER, GeneralizedTime and BOOLEAN. Included in this illustration is also how to identify which element of a CHOICE is selected, and how to work with OPTIONAL components.

Click on the file to download the example.

If you target an operating system other than Windows or UNIX, you can also use this zip files and discard the Windows- and UNIX-specific files.
