License Type	Details
General Software License	Provides for use and distribution of OSS runtime libraries as part of the customer's complete application, where the end-user application is used without re-linking, rebuilding or modifying.
Toolkit Builder's License	Provides extra distribution flexibility if a developer has special distribution needs.

The OSS ASN.1 software development tools are now available free to qualified educational institutions.
