Tools are the fastest ASN.1 encoding/decoding

Tools consist of a compiler and a set of feature-rich runtime
libraries. The compiler maps ASN.1 syntax into C structures.

OSS ASN.1 Tools for C++

ASN.1 compilers, the OSS compiler maps ASN.1 syntax
into true C++ classes. The runtime libraries include C++

Java Runtime Environment (JRE). The compiler maps ASN.1
syntax into Java classes. The runtime jar files facilitate
encode, decode and various other operations on application
messages.

platform independent solution.
With J2ME CLDC support you can now develop ASN.1
applications in Java for resource-constrained
environments.
OSS ASN.1 Tools for C#
If you would like to build an ASN.1 application in a .NET
environment, OSS has the solution. The Tools consist of two
components - a compiler and a runtime DLL. The compiler maps
ASN.1 syntax into C# classes, and the runtime DLL facilitates
encode, decode and various other operations on application
messages.

Compile-And-Go Library
The OSS Compile-And-Go Library (CAGL) allows you to parse
ASN.1 modules at runtime. If you are spending resources
rebuilding your applications for frequently changing ASN.1
specifications, CAGL is the right solution for you.
Using CAGL, your ASN.1 specification is compiled dynamically
at runtime. Instead of generating C structs or Java/C++
classes, etc., which require re-compiling and re-linking
your application, you can immediately use the OSS IAAPI
library functions (included with the OSS ASN.1 Tools at
no added cost) to create values, encode them, and decode
messages.
