OSS Nokalva offers free syntax checking of ASN.1 specifications, not just for our customers but to everyone.
This service is free. Why? Because it's important to us that the quality of, and confidence in, specifications written in ASN.1 continue to increase. And it gives us the opportunity to give something back to the ASN.1 community.
In addition to free syntax checking, OSS Nokalva can generate, at no cost to you, the BER, PER aligned, PER unaligned and DER, and XER encodings of a given ASN.1 type and value that you provide in an ASN.1 module. You can use these results to help document your application protocol.

You can also download for free the OSS ASN.1 Syntax Checker for checking ASN.1 specifications written using ASN.1:2002, ASN.1:1997, or ASN.1:1990.
